This 6 week challenge helps you develop new healthy habits and eliminate habits that are hindering your progress. The goal is that you find out which healthy habits are easy for you and which ones you need to work harder to develop. You're not expected to do everything perfectly from the beginning: this is intended to be a learning process and one where you improve daily and weekly over the course of the entire 6 weeks.
