An all inclusive 8 week online program that includes all of your workouts and meal plans for the entire 8 weeks as well as bi weekly zoom group meetings and two 1:1 coaching calls with Dawn. Metrics tracking and accountability.

Cancellation Policy

personal training sessions where your set day and time need to change need to be done with at least 24 hours notice in order to avoid losing the session. If 24 hour notice is given then the session can be rescheduled to a different day and time. If you have scheduled for a bootcamp class you need to allow at least 2 hours notice please so that we are able to open it up for others that may be on a wait list.
