Owner/Trainer
Dawn is the founder of BODY by DAWN and has dedicated her career to helping others transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and accountability.
Her mission is to create a supportive environment where members can build strength, improve their health, gain confidence, and achieve lasting results.
DAVID

Trainer
David L. is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former collegiate basketball player at North Carolina Central University.
With experience in both healthcare and fitness, David brings energy, encouragement, and a positive attitude to every class, helping clients build confidence and achieve their goals.
OUR STUDIO
Body by Dawn is designed to support every part of your fitness journey. Our studio features a dedicated bootcamp training area for high-energy group workouts, along with newer strength training equipment to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and continue progressing.
Whether you're joining a bootcamp class or focusing on strength training, the space is built to keep workouts effective, motivating, and accessible for every fitness level. Most importantly, it's a welcoming environment where members encourage each other and work together to become stronger and healthier.
