TRASFORMATION PROGRAM
8-WEEK - LOOK LIKE
A COMPETITOR PROGRAM
This 8-week small-group training program is designed for those who want the results of a competitor’s training without stepping on stage. This program is best suited for individuals who are ready for a more advanced training approach and are committed to pushing their limits.

Limited to just 6 participants for the in-person program, you’ll receive focused coaching, structured workouts, and accountability to help you reach your best shape. Training sessions and programming are designed to challenge you and take your results to the next level.
The in-person program includes two in-person training sessions per week, a written workout plan, and meal plan designed to support real transformation.

A virtual option is also available, which includes the written workout plan, meal plan, and virtual coaching sessions for those completing the program remotely. The same advanced structure and expectations apply to both in-person and virtual participants.
You’ll train hard, stay consistent, and follow a clear plan created by Dawn—an NPC division and overall winning figure competitor—who will guide you every step of the way.
