PEPTIDE THERAPY FAQ
We offer several options depending on how you want to train.
• 24/7 Gym Access – For members who want full access to the facility and prefer to train on their own schedule.
• Bootcamp Training – Structured group training sessions focused on strength, conditioning, and accountability.
• 8-Week “Look Like a Pro” Challenge – A small group transformation program that includes workouts, meal guidance, coaching, and accountability.
• Combination Memberships – Options that include both gym access and training programs for those who want structure along with the flexibility of using the gym on their own.
If you're unsure which option is best, you can schedule a consultation where we walk through the programs and answer any questions.
No, you do not need to be an advanced athlete to join, but our programs are best suited for individuals who already have a basic level of mobility and fitness and are ready to train in a group environment. Classes typically include a mix of skill levels, and exercises can be modified to match different abilities.
Bootcamp classes and the 8-Week Blueprint Challenge involve structured workouts that include strength training, conditioning, and movement-based exercises. Because of this, participants should be comfortable performing basic exercises and keeping up with a group-paced workout. Every exercise also includes a modification option so participants can adjust movements based on their current fitness level.
If you’re unsure whether the program is the right fit for you, we recommend scheduling a consultation so we can answer your questions and help determine the best option for your goals.
If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, we recommend consulting with your physician before beginning any exercise program. For common issues such as achy knees, mild back discomfort, or normal soreness from daily activity, exercises can typically be modified so participants can still train comfortably.
You are also welcome to bring up any concerns during a consultation, where we can discuss the programs and help determine whether the training environment is appropriate for you. Most workouts include modification options for exercises to accommodate common issues like achy knees, sore backs, or other basic aches that many people experience during exercise.
Members with gym access can use the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each member receives a key card, allowing entry to the gym at any time.
This allows you to train on your own schedule, whether that’s early mornings, late evenings, or anytime in between.
**Please note that the gym may be especially busy during circuit Bootcamp sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays for approximately one hour while classes are in progress. Members are still welcome to use the gym during these times, but may prefer to plan workouts outside of those hours if they are looking for more open space.
If you already work out regularly and feel comfortable getting started, you are welcome to sign up for the membership or training option that best fits your goals.
If you are new to working out, have taken a long break, or are unsure which option is right for you, we recommend scheduling a consultation first. This gives you the chance to ask questions, talk through any concerns, and make sure you choose the best fit.
Consultations are typically held virtually in a small group setting, which allows us to answer common questions, explain how the programs work, and help everyone understand what to expect before getting started — all without needing to schedule individual meetings.
If you are interested in the 8-Week Look Like a Pro Challenge, the group consultation is also a great way to learn about the program before joining.
