Our Boot Camp class is probably the most fun but challenging fitness class you will ever experience. 

Dawn has been running group fitness classes for 25 plus years and had a boot camp class running long before it became the "popular" thing. We are the Originals :) 

We have an atmosphere that is so incredibly friendly and inviting. Our participants love new folks and will just absolutely pull you in. 

You will find everyone to be extremely encouraging and supportive but in the most genuine manner. This is truly a unique group. Other boot camps try to create this but its part of the business plan and is forced and awkward and just a bit too much. This is the REAL thing. Genuine!

Dawn accommodates EVERY fitness level and we have participants from the age of 11 up to 83 years old. Shes shows option for low impact as well as if you have any limitations such as Knee, back, shoulder issues. 

 

We are constantly changing the workouts so you never get bored. Some days we will be doing a total body workout where by we do weight training and cardio. That includes upper and lower body as well as abs. Other days we focus on just a lower body workout , other days just upper body. Another day just abs and cardio. Sometimes all cardio. We also do a workout that prepares you for an obstacle course race. Most workout are inside but we do mix it up with some workouts that have portions of it inside and portions outside. 

You do NOT need to bring any equipment. We provide that ALL for you. 

Classes are one hour in length with the exception of our new 6:30 am Xpress Boot Camp class which is 30 minutes in length. This class is very fast paced and not intended for beginners as we will not spend much time breaking down or showing each exercise. Each participant needs to have enough experience and knowledge during this class to be able to  make their own adjustments and keep rolling. All of our 1 hour classes however we show options and accommodations for all levels

We have a children's area here on site with toys, TV , comfy couch, table and chairs , Wi-Fi access however it isn't staffed with supervision but they are within eyesight and earshot of the parents at all times.
