Over the past several years I’ve trained with Dawn in my own home and at the studio whether it was for direct training, tuning up my technique or just tweaking my program.  Dawn is ridiculously knowledgeable about functional anatomy, programming and form and her results are unquestionable.  I highly recommend retaining her services regardless of what level you are at.  She can tailor an effective program for anyone.

I started working out with Dawn in June-2012 as a result of a very poor annual physical.  I had to get my weight down and my cholesterol under control or the Dr. was going to put me on a host of medications.  She work diligently with me three times a week and within 5 months I had lost 40 pounds and had no need for the medications. 


What I liked most about working with her was the fact that she always challenged me (in the workout and in my eating habits) without being overbearing.  She finds ways to work around my weaknesses in order to turn them ultimately into strengths.

I am 69 years old, I started training with Dawn in the spring of 2011. I was not heavy nor in really bad shape but I had very little muscle tone and my bone density test showed that I had osteopenia. I also had low-cholesterol, although my bad cholesterol was fine; my good cholesterol was very low. One year after weight training with Dawn, my good cholesterol levels rose 20 points and my osteopenia had actually gotten better. She is dedicated, pushes you but only as far as she knows you can truly go and she is dedicated. I would recommend Doawn to any senior who feels and knows they need to get in better shape. I am in better shape now than I have been in my whole life. With two young grandchildren I feel very blessed to be agile and strong and I owe it in most part to Dawn who inspired me and motivated me.

I joined Dawn’s bootcamp a few years ago when the trainer I was working out with abruptly left the gym. I didn’t know what to expect. Quickly I realized that it was going to be a much tougher workout than I was accustomed to! She pushed me much harder than I realized I could go. As a distance runner and soccer player, I have seen improvements in my speed, agility, and endurance. Dawn fosters a supportive environment in her bootcamp which leads to healthy competition and comradery. I have also subscribed to her meal planning options and have seen amazing results by following the plans she provided. I can’t imagine ever quitting her bootcamp class—it has become an integral part of my life!
