Dawn offers one on one personal training as well as duo (buddy sessions) and trio sessions. 

One on one sessions are great for getting the workout specifically designed for you and your own personal needs. Strict attention is paid to proper form in order to maximizing benefits while avoiding injuries.

I have one hour sessions available as well as 30 minute sessions.

Some people love to have a workout partner though and this is where doing my duo session comes in to play. Not only does it cut down on cost for each of you but its just fun to have a friend to do it with sometimes. This is also true for the trio sessions. You will need to have similar goals and similar fitness level otherwise one on one is a better fit for you.
